France Apartments and Cars has been operating for more than ten years from Perth in Western Australia. Being an online agency we can assist customers from all over Australia by phone and email. We love to travel regularly to Paris and France to inspect all of our carefully chosen apartments in Paris and to see as many houses throughout France as possible.
We are proudly one of the few representatives of exclusively "Australian Owned" properties throughout France. This enables our customers to speak directly to the home owner prior to departing Australia about the property and region and therefore assisting in planning a wonderful holiday.

We would all like to “ thank you” for your assistance with our trip of a lifetime, your knowledge of France helped to maximise the use of our time there. Flying into Nice and working our way through the country to Paris was certainly the right thing for us.
The cottages and apartments in the four locations we stayed were fantastic, excellent presentation and very well located to explore the surrounding areas, the car we hired was economical but also big enough for the four of us and all our luggage and it didn’t take to long to master the left hand drive and wrong side of the road….only a few stressful moments including a few roundabouts we circumnavigated 3 or 4 times and a red light I missed ( luckily not much traffic at the time). Even our train journeys weren’t as stressful as expected.
All in all every thing went like clockwork, again, thankyou!... your service was greatly appreciated, we will have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends and coming back to you when we plan another great adventure.

Just back from the most wonderful 10 days in Paris staying at a gorgeous apartment - St Andres des Arts in St Germain. Had a wonderful time visiting the Champagne region, Monet's garden, Versailles, an electric bike tour around Paris and enjoying the Parisian life style. Thanks so much for making this such a fantastic holiday - everything went perfectly. I will definitely be returning to this most beautiful city.

We returned from France yesterday after the most wonderful, magical stay. Our week in Paris was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was perfect: the location for us was ideal being right in the heart of St Germain - it allowed us to walk everywhere - and was so close to so many fabulous restaurants, shops, cafes; the building itself was gorgeous; the and the amenities in the apartment were terrific. It was so lovely to have so much space to spread out and relax. I would most definitely opt to stay in an apartment again over a hotel.
Thank you very much for your professional service, from the booking process right through to all the admin and our check in procedure. Everything ran so smoothly and we were so impressed. Thank you also for your kindness in answering many of my questions regarding Paris itself and for directing me to your local colleagues in Paris.
I should also note that the car hire process was fantastic also. I booked through your website and it was easy to navigate and ended up delivering exactly what we were after at a great price.

We had a truly wonderful time in Paris due, in no small part, to the excellent accommodation. We loved living in St Germain des Pres, and would definitely recommend this district as a good home-base while in Paris. The shopping around the 6eme is just wonderful and I bought some lovely gifts for friends. It was perfect! The size, the location, the quiet street but with the attraction of being close to the beautiful shops as well as the supermarket. It wasn’t a problem at Rue Jacob to take our washed clothes around the corner to the launderette and just use the dryer there. We did this once without a problem.
We visited famous museums and monuments, met lovely people and walked and walked beautiful boulevards and avenues. We will certainly go back and I will definitely contact you when we decide to go! Thank you for organising such fantastic accommodation for us.

We found the information on local “places of interest” a great help in all the places we stayed in. We set out to cover as much as we could in each place and mostly succeeded. The houses were all clean and comfortable and I think that Sos is still our favourite. The food, wine and hospitality in rural France is fantastic.The overall experience was terrific and it is something we would be very happy to do again. Overall, we had a great time and would do it again without hesitation. The itinerary that you did for us, the houses, the locations and the car were great. We have also had a number of others interested in how such a trip can be organized and we have recommended your services.

Stayed in 4 different houses in France and leased a Peugeot vehicle.
Overall totally satisfied with the service and lease package. The 308 with its glass sunroof, spaciousness, seat comfort, spacious boot, was faultless - especially the glass sunroof for the European climate. A wonderful driving experience from first contact with France Apartments and Cars to final drop off at Bordeaux. We will recommend your service to our friends and colleagues.
